  1. restore old emails!!!!

    Lost all my lifetime emails because I missed this 1-2 notification emails to sign in to my account, Yahoo deleted all my emails after a single notification (for 10+, wait 15 years of emails!), giving me a notice of one month to get into it while not sending enough notifications to help transition the old emails out. These were not just emails but also email folders as well, websites such as Yahoo need to do much more to help transition the users out successfully over a period of time, in this case 6 months or more would have been better…

    IVE HAD MY BANK ACCOUNT COMPROMISED EASIER FROM PEOPLE AND I DONT USE POS YAHOO FOR MY BANK. BUT I CANT GET INTO MY F-ING EMAILS. TAKE A LONG WALK OFF A SHORT DOCK AND A DEEP BREATH UNDERWATER.

  3. Yahoo should notify users WHY they block posts

    On Yahoo Finance, my account is blocked from posting yet I can still give thumbs up or down. Never was notified of any reason why not. I never violated any community standards. However, others that do post false info or abuse of others are not clocked from spamming the boards all day long.

  4. Reduce Spam

    Ever since you increased the price of Yahoo+, the level of spam has increased substantially. It used to be that virtually all spam was filtered out, but no longer. If I can spot it just by glancing at the subject line, surely you can develop filters to spot it too.

  5. Tell people exactly what word in a comment, triggered Yahoo's "Community Guidelines"

    The subject article was about the passing of Phillies pitcher Curt Simmons. I was replying to another commenter. It was rejected. I somehow violated "community guidelines". My comment was about baseball and baseball stats. There was no derogatory, racial, sexist, hateful, in-your-face etc., word in my reply. Hey Yahoo, if you're going to reject a comment, tell the person exactly what word triggered your "community guidelines". Maybe you should dial back your algorithm sensitivity switch a little.

    I call in about a security feature and got "Joe Cool" Customer Service Rep..... I could not get straight answers.... Way to dissuade people for reaching out to the yahoo mothership for help

    Only my phone has changed, The number is still the same but every time I try to use 2PA I get the message:" UH-oh, something has gone wrong." Fix this ASAP. I am FED UP with 2PA.

  17. Why I can't the previous password?

    I don't care what rules you set. I want to use the previous password anyway. It's my account, so I can set my password in any combination.
    I don't know who thought this unacceptable idea. We can accept the suggestion or not. However, I can't use a password that I can remember. I have to change a password anyway, so it can pass the authorized. I don't want to do like this

  20. I need to delete the list of blocked addresses. All 967 addresses have been recycled so this list is moot

    Your "blocked" list is useless. All the spam companies have been allowed to function with new addresses by you. I refuse to pay for a "service" that provides nothing to add more spam companies to this "blocked" list. Your filter doesn't function either.
