  2. Technical Issues: Account Progress Reset (Level 80+) and Deuces Wild Payout Discrepancy

    Issue 1: Account Login Loop & Progress Reset
    Account Impact: As of Thursday, June 4, I was at Level 80+ in the casino games section.
    The Problem: Since Friday, June 5, the platform no longer recognizes my sign-in credentials or my earned level history.
    Troubleshooting Attempted: I have already cleared my browser history, deleted cookies and site data, and verified that my Google Chrome browser is fully updated. Despite this, my progress remains inaccessible. I need assistance recovering my account data.

  8. Please stop player interference

    In poker games, if a player enters the table, the current player that is betting is frozen to the point they cannot call or raise a bet resulting in a forced fold. This has cause me to lose quit a few hands and sometimes lose a tournament. Some players have even left and reentered a table repeat ably on purposely in order to win a hand or a tournament. Certainly someone who programs these games can prevent that.

  11. something wrong with pacific coast highway lap tracking

    after finishing Pacific Coast Highway for the last couple (few) times, it will add an extra lap as completed. I thought it was a fluke the first time it happened, or that I accidentally played it twice and didn't notice, but when it happened again I was actively aware that it happened.
    The map shows I have completed 36 total (9 in each area), but the badges show that I have only done 32 laps. Didn't know if this had been reported yet or not, not a huge issue, but just an FYI.

  13. History of games played no longer allows player to remove a game from the list.

    In the left-side list showing recent game history, clicking the X on a particular game no longer removes the game from the list. It used to work a while ago, but no longer works.

    Message sits in the middle of the screen while playing that reads.
    YOU HAVE ENOUGH WINS FOR A NEW THEME ITEM!
    SELECT "MY THEMES" FRO THE MENU TO SELECT AN ITEM.
