Sort by Email Size
Please add a feature that will sort emails by size. This will allow people to review and delete the emails taking up the most space quickly. Thank you.
We do have this as a sorting option except we don't call it "Sort by Size" but instead "Largest First." So you can click on that as a sorting option and the biggest emails that are the issue with storage limitations is the ones that should be reviewed first and then deleted. Thanks!

"Move To" option
Introduce a "Move to" facility, so that users can deposit email messages in designated folders, instead of having to drag them.
Yes, we have both, Ellis! You can move emails by clicking on our "Move" icon or you can drag n drop. You can do both!

Select All Limitations
I find it very frustrating that I have limitations on my storage but when I hit select all, it only does 100 email unless I scroll down and load more. It would be so much easier to manage my inbox size if I could select more than 100 emails at a time. Thanks for listening.
Hi Tina, yes we did announce some storage changes last year! We do offer some deleting tools to help manage your storage. You can find this under your Desktop settings. Also, when you select all and delete all, it does do 100 at a time, but as it's deleting a small pop up shows up in the top, middle asking if you want to Delete All. So you can definitely do this! Hope this helps!

In the new yahoo mail, can you please show all the mailboxes on the left hand menu instead of having to change it at the bottom. it was better in the old version, when we could see the mailboxes and if any new mail had arrived.

Star Email option in Email List
At the moment, I have to open an email before I can star it, which is quite inconvenient. It would be much more efficient if users could star important emails directly from the email list view. I’m not sure why such a basic feature is so difficult to implement, but luckily your team starting to recognize how essential easy access to starred or important emails list is.
Yes, you can star an email without opening that email. Looking at your Inbox, just hover with your mouse on the right hand side and you'll see icons show up... one of them is the star icon. Thanks!

I do not want my emails to ever be deleted until I delete them.
Just want you to tell me how to do this without paying extra.
Hi Jo Ellen, we do not automatically or randomly delete emails. Make sure you are looking at the "All" category at the top of your Inbox. There you'll see all your emails as it defaults to "Primary." Thanks!

Today I saw that an important email had been sitting in the spam folder for more than two weeks!
And it was an email that had no spam characteristics!
Why don't you give any notification that the email has been redirected to the spam folder?!
And why so much filtration that I never asked for?! I have to switch the view to "All" every time because the default view is "Primary".We encourage you to read at the top of the Uservoice header (forum). sort by sender
What happened to easy sort?
Hi John, you can still sort by sender, but just like the other version, you need to disable Conversation view first under Settings. We cannot sort by sender when you're in Conversation view. Once you disable that under Settings, you'll see "Sort by Sender" as an option. Hope this helps!

Snooze button
A button that can snooze an email til a later time or date. Email would go into a Snoozed folder, but show back up in the inbox at the designated time. Snoozed folder could be accessed just like any other folder for changes or switches.
Hi Coop Cooper, we did try this feature already and it didn't do so well. Very low usage and retention, therefore we decided not to add this. Thank you for the suggestion!

You can improve it by stop sending irrelevant Ads
Please stop sending Ads , they are most annoying and I do not want them.
Yes, we do have a few ads in our app, but we also offer an ad-free experience (like many apps today) if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus, but of course it's not mandatory. We will also share your feedback with the right team. Thanks.

What's with the whitebox below the mail preview? It's distracting, and I can't figure out what it's supposed to be there for. Really annoying.

i migrated from comcast and my mail works, but my folders are not visible on yahoo site on my pc,
they are visible from my yahoo phone app.WTF????

Place an option for a rapid retrieval of an already-read email on first screen, needed for links
I read my email from my primary care health organization about an upcoming zoom educational meeting about glaucoma. It had the link to the meeting which was a few days in the future. So I marked my calendar thinking I could revisit the email for the link when the time came. I could not see it when I needed it. I noted that Yahoo only shows unread emails now, which I wasn't aware of. I completely missed the educational meeting. My suggestion is to allow rapid retrieval of an already read email with the option very visible on the first…

ADS ARE NOW AT THE BOTTOM & IT BLOCKS MY VIEW
Ads are now at the bottom right below the email I'm trying to read & I cannot see my entire message completely! This is absolutely unacceptable! I will start using a different email server instead of Yahoo if you do not remove these ******** pointless Ads from right below my email I'm trying to read! Not joking! This is total BS!! Emails are all in my trash folder
All of my emails since last June are winding up in my trash folder without me putting them there. This is very concerning to me.
Hi Joan, thank you for letting us know!! If all your emails are going to the Trash folder, this might be an indication that your account was compromised. We recommend changing your password immediately and then checking your Filters under your Desktop Settings. If you continue to have issues, please contact our CC team at help.yahoo.com. Hi Tom, from your Inbox, if you click on any checkbox a new checkbox will appear the very top. From there you can Select All and then Delete All. When it's deleting... at the top, you'll see a small popup ask if you want ALL the emails deleted. Thanks!
