Eliminate the ads that says "3 MESSAGES" - it is a scam that takes over the screen
I clicked on this ad - I thought it was an email. I didn't even click on a link.
My screen was immediately filled with content that my computer had been infected.
There was also a blaring beeping sound and a warning to not shut down my computer or there would be further damage. I closed my screen but the sound persisted. This was a scary situation for me since I didn't know how to get it off the screen and was 100% sure it was a SCAM. -
Blocking certain in line ads
I would like a way to block or remove unwanted types of ads such as dating apps and that type of social media. I do not mine ads, just do not care to see certain types of ads I find offensive or not useful to me.

Opt out of specific advertisers
I would like to Opt OUT of receiving ad's from certain companies like McAfee. I have had the WORST time removing this product from PC's over the years. I remove it and it pops back up! I find it invasive just like a virus. Other companies are also ones I will never want, and I don't want to click on one by accident.

email ads
We were just migrated from Xfinity email to Yahoo. Ads are showing up in our email which we do not want and want to delete. There does not appear to be a way to delete unless you pay a monthly fee to be ad-free. This is totally unacceptable. We do not want an inbox full of ads. We will quit Xfinity and yahoo if the only way to not have an inbox full of ads to pay a monthly fee.

My spam filter has completely stoped working but only on one of my 4 yahoo accounts! I have been marking mail as spam for months but EVERYTHING keeps getting thru. WTF is going on????

ads making scrolling difficult
I use Yahoo Mail on my Safari browser on a Mac laptop. In the past few months, my inbox has become difficult to scroll almost to the point of unusable. Every time I move the page (scroll), it seems like the ads are reloading and reorganizing my inbox. I cannot track the movement through the inbox when the list of emails is constantly moving up and down on the page. I don't mind the ads, however the refresh rate when scrolling seems unnecessarily fast. Thanks in advance for looking into this.

Disappointed :(
It is sooooo disappointing to see the paywall added to yahoo mail. Previously, I preferred my yahoo mail account to my gmail account, but the "upgrades" done trying to force me to pay for ymail+ or whatever it is called is too much. I'm so sorry that yahoo has decided to go down this path, and I am a disappointed longtime customer.

Manage Subscriptions
Could you ad a similar feature like gmail that will allow you to manage your subscriptions and delete them. I got so many emails that are subscription based....I would love to be able to "unsubscribed" and delete all messages at the same time.

ads are so annoying in web version from anywhere the ads pops up and why u dont have an desktop version, which is easiler to use then web
please add ads in a way thats less annoying, it pops up from anywhere and add a desktop version like some app which is easier to to use than going on web, i like to track my portfolio frequently but going to web sign in again n again its kinda long process and the ads coming from top, bottom it wasnt a good experience. so if u could make a significant changes it would be really great, rest its all up to you, and ignore my informal way.

I have a plan that includes Ads. I don't mind them and ignore them since my personal plan is to definitely buy something - once every billion years.
Here's my question: Does the main opening screen banner, that includes an "envelope" icon and counter, include in its count the ads? Because if it is just the mail, I cannot for the life of me figure out what they are counting. The counter may say 7 and I see one new received mail item. Perhaps it is because I have taken numerous high level math classes that I cannot understand this…

offensive ads
I keep receiving ads for dating sites. I am a happily married man and find these ads very offensive. Especially when one pops up right before i click on an email and i accidently click it. Please stop
