I am paying you $5 a month for ad free. So what is with the ads in my email??

Hi Catherine, are they ads or are they spammy emails? Big difference. You can send us screenshots and your Yahoo ID so we can check this out. Please note, Yahoo Mail Plus is account specific. So you will only see the ad-free experience from the account you made the purchase from.... not the linked accounts. Here's our email: oasis.mail.feedback@yahooinc.com. Thanks!
