not liking the new email format. I don't feel it's user friendly. I've been trying to email files to my CPA and it keeps saying not the correct format. However if I send the files from my husband's email and NO Problem. I want the old format back, a lot more user friendly. Not Impressed!!!

The limited formatting options here, are leaving my messages looking completely unprofessional. Like someone who doesn't know how to use a computer. Even copy pasting doesn't work as expected.

None. You need to fix this..
I am UNABLE to permanently adjust/set the "Font Family or Font Size" (Default rich-text font). It's located as the last option on the screen and when I click on either tab (Font Family or Font Size), I'm not able to select any the drop down option due to the fact the screen will NOT scroll down to allow me to make a selection.

New version: Missing sent emails, cannot delete drafts
Email are not being saved in sent. I cc'd a copy to my self. I forwarded it again using the correct email address and Yahoo deleted the corrections and changed it back. If they are wrong, they should be left alone. The user will know when they get a failed message for it. Then I tried to send it to one of the corrected email addresses and changed my mind. It isn't clear that the delete is only for the draft, but it worked. The original email now has 2 of every email embedded in the sent email and the…

Maybe you can give us actual humans who can help when we have a problem
I have nowhere else to put this, and I'd appreciate it if someone got back to me. I'm unable to load word docs onto emails and send them, as an error message comes up instead (and I'm a freelancer that needs to in order to send out billing). Nothing on the Yahoo help page has any useful suggestions. (I've already cleaned my caches for both my browser and my device, rebooted multiple times, updated browsers, changed browsers, changed devices, etc). What I need is a person to help me. Please advise.

Is there a way for the email to capitalize the first letter and me not hitting shift?
What i mentioned above. when i type the first word isn't capitalized nor the i in the sentence. im is the same way as is youre.

There is so much wrong with this, I don't know where to start!!!
- it seems the reason for your change was to use 1/3 of my screen for that ad on the right side!
- When I set up my choices way back when, they worked for me, and still would if you would let me be.
- You didn't give me an option...you hi-jacked my account and forced me into this new email garbage.
- The color choices and changed layout makes it very hard to read and file my emails.

you give options like: send only email adresses and other options , i only want a 3rd email adress and it is not clear why i can not get another one, can you improve the direction and not mislead, as i have no clue what all those options are talking about.

Draft Versions
On multiple occasions somehow my long Draft message has been over-written, or otherwise somehow the text (not a message deletion but only the text) has be erased. There should a way to retrieve erased text, perhaps timed multiple revisions of Draft text. Could you please address this? I have had large blocks of text just erased, and I have been forced to re-write the message from the very beginning. This has happened to me multiple times over the years, and it is maddening.

how to delete addresses that auto load that are not email addresses but just garbage based on first initial
if I send myself an email, many characters, like c or cc auto load and are not my email address, same as a patiallly correct one- how do I delete bad informtion that auto loads when I enter my first initial- no answer in mailboxes and using the x to right or hitting delete on my keyboard does nothing

I recently upgraded to Yahoo Premium to increase my email storage space. I needed to edit and send a form to my doctor today. His receptionist received the form with my signature only. Any fields on the form that I entered information in a blank space were erased. I kept opening the PDF form on my computer and could see all content. I would upload the form to the email message, click on the icon to see the preview, and none of the content that I entered in the blank fields of the form showed in the uploaded one to…

The left column of the interface should be adjustable in width by dragging its border, whereas currently it can only be made visible or invisible.
On the right side of the interface, I would like the panel displaying contacts to always display its contents, whereas currently its contents are cleared each time.
When moving messages from one folder to another, the search field for the destination folder should always be activated without having to click on it, whereas currently it is sometimes active (clickable) and sometimes not; I don't understand how.

email subject does not need to appear twice when writing an email
The headings--subject appears twice, sender, receiver, cc bc is 6 fat lines with big spaces inbetween--it takes up vertically HALF THE SCREEN and doesn't leave much room to write and read what you are typing! There is no reason to waste this much screen space that doesn't need to be fixed where you cannot scroll down past it. This is just poor placement and poor design.
