Maybe you can give us actual humans who can help when we have a problem
I have nowhere else to put this, and I'd appreciate it if someone got back to me. I'm unable to load word docs onto emails and send them, as an error message comes up instead (and I'm a freelancer that needs to in order to send out billing). Nothing on the Yahoo help page has any useful suggestions. (I've already cleaned my caches for both my browser and my device, rebooted multiple times, updated browsers, changed browsers, changed devices, etc). What I need is a person to help me. Please advise.

There is so much wrong with this, I don't know where to start!!!
- it seems the reason for your change was to use 1/3 of my screen for that ad on the right side!
- When I set up my choices way back when, they worked for me, and still would if you would let me be.
- You didn't give me an option...you hi-jacked my account and forced me into this new email garbage.
- The color choices and changed layout makes it very hard to read and file my emails.
- I used to be in one of my 4 email accounts, and could easily change to the others with a click of the mouse.…

multiple attachments at once
Previously I could attach multiple files by selecting them from their folder, new mail has me attaching them one at a time. very inefficient when I have a folder with an invoice and packing slip files side by side and can no longer box both at once for attachment. Same thing where I need to attach multiple photos, 1 at a time, very inefficient attaching process. Too many repetitive process extra clicks, do you not beta test this junk before just dumping it on us?

Display previews of attachments beside email textbox
When I click on attachments to preview them, they appear through overlay that has to be clicked out of instead of appearing beside the email message as it was in the old yahoo mail.
Being able to view them beside my email message made cross-checking and referencing information from the attachments much easier instead of having to close and open the preview each time.
This would also be a more efficient use of space on for desktop users who have ample horizontal display space for such a layout.

Allow multiple signatures with a drop down to select the one
With emails, alot of the times you might be replying under different titles. As for me, I might be sending something personal out or something work related and I have two different titles with my work. It would be nice if I could have more than one signature and an easy way to swap between them depending on what kind of email I am trying to send.

PLEASE UPDATE THE FEATURES ON SENDING EMAILS TO PEOPLE. FOR EXAMPLE IF I WANTED TO SEND A LETTER TO SOMEONE BUT WANTED TO COPY THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS DIRECTLY FROM THE "TO" SECTION. I CANT. IT WONT LET ME.

Stop blocking me from sending simple emails to my contacts
Stop blocking me from sending simple messages to my friends and contacts saying it resembles spam - sometimes we just want to send a link or simple message. If this continues, I will be moving to gmail and cancelling my yahoo subscription. This is bs. Who made you the judge of what we can send our friends? Knock it off now or I am gone by the end of January.

Auto Save Bug
When I am composing an email, auto-save keeps causing my curser to unfocus from the email body, wrecking havoc as I am typing (because suddenly shortcuts are running instead of typing characters in the message body). Specifically, this happened to me while in my email drafts, finishing a composition.

Text colour when replying in dark mode
I use dark mode with purple highlights - how Yahoo of me! Reading an email from the inbox is fine, text is white. But when I reply, the text I'm composing with is white (good), but below that in the email I'm replying to, the text suddenly becomes black on a reasonably dark grey background (#000000 on top of #303030), which is not a good look, and probably bad for accessibility too.

Dark mode and pasting text
Hi, a limitation (bug?) with the dark mode, when pasting text into the mail, it is pasted as black font, leading to that it's difficult to read while composing the mail.

Fix the compose message window!!!
Comcast customer, now on the Yahoo platform here.
When I compose an email, I cannot get a cursor to appear in the message body window unless I click on Bold or something, then my entire message is unfortunately in Bold. I have learned that I am not alone with this issue, but so far the solutions listed online are not available to me, like trying to find settings and go to a Basic Mail option. I don't see a proper settings link, or icon where it is shown by others, and the one settings menu I did find, was missing… -

I dont get the option to attach pictures from Recent e-mails and I do not see my sent e-mails in my Sent box? why Not?

auto fill mistake is not easily noticed and I cannot find the way to fix it.

Send a new email to an existing group
My previous server allowed me to click on an old "sent" message to a group and create a new email addressed to them, collectively, with ease. I do not see this feature in Yahoo Mail, and I need and miss it!

Glitches in the New Mail
I tried to schedule an email to send later, it didn't work the first time. Had to open it back up and try again.
Also tried adding a new contact and it doesn't have a way to save, so I can't add the email as a new contact. -

Add an easy method to attach other Yahoo emails to an email
Right now I've been looking for how to attach an email I've sent in the past to a new email I'm currently composing. It should be an up front and easy process but for the life of me I am not able to find it. My idea is to simply add under the attachment icon (the paper clip) the option to search and add a previous email from the inbox or a folder. Some attachments can be other than files.
