1. There is so much wrong with this, I don't know where to start!!!

   1. it seems the reason for your change was to use 1/3 of my screen for that ad on the right side!
   2. When I set up my choices way back when, they worked for me, and still would if you would let me be.
   3. You didn't give me an option...you hi-jacked my account and forced me into this new email garbage.
   4. The color choices and changed layout makes it very hard to read and file my emails.
   5. I used to be in one of my 4 email accounts, and could easily change to the others with a click of the mouse. Now I have to exit mail, go to my main page, sign in again, then to email.
      
   6. I used to be able to sign in once a week for all accounts, but now have to sign in over and over just to see other accounts.
   7. Your customer service sucks! By using A.I., you try to fit everyone and every issue into a box, by making us read article after article to solve a problem. That should not be our job!
   8. Your so called "Chat" is ****! It doesn't solve anything. It only forcefully pushes someone with a problem to find out on their own how to solve it.
   9. To speak to a human being, you charge us money! What the **** is that all about? Most of the problems that we encounter (like the ones listed here) were brought on by your team, but to have a simple answer issued for the problems you created, you force us to pay or get no help!
   10. A.I. is NEVER as good or as easy as human interaction! Yes, it raises your profit margin at the top, but you lay off service call answerers in the process, so those at the bottom have no jobs... and we get no customer service!
   11. It isn't fair to change what we have gotten accustomed to without our consent... after all, we are the ones who made you successful. And when we were able to go back to to "Classic" email in the past, you had a statement come up that said we could do it for a while, but only for a limited time. Then without any further warning, one day you just took it away. Now when we click to go back to "Classic", it isn't the same thing as it used to be... it now has that ad taking 1/3 of my screen, as well as all the other ads you force us to sift through.
   12. While I'm at it, I'd like to comment that using you for a home page for news is a joke also. Placing ads to look like news stories is rediculous! And while reading a story (scrolling), ads appear every couple of paragraphs, making it useless to scroll and read. Do the ads successfully get me to buy something? NO! They only frustrate.
   13. And GET AN EDITOR! When we had newspapers, there is no way management would have allowed illiterates to write articles, and then print them with spelling errors, repeats, and sophomoric lines (like, "said the I LIKE GIRLS star"). These stupid lines show up in every story where a celebrity is written about! If the writer is incapable of giving a quick background of their subject, then don't bother!

   This evening, the second of my 4 accounts was hi-jacked into this new ridiculous system, so I expect to lose the other two very soon. But signing in and out of every mail account each and every time I read email pretty much defeats the purpose of email, wouldn't you say?

2. multiple attachments at once

   Previously I could attach multiple files by selecting them from their folder, new mail has me attaching them one at a time. very inefficient when I have a folder with an invoice and packing slip files side by side and can no longer box both at once for attachment. Same thing where I need to attach multiple photos, 1 at a time, very inefficient attaching process. Too many repetitive process extra clicks, do you not beta test this junk before just dumping it on us?

3. E-mail addresses

   My e-mail addresess (4) appear at the bottom left of my screen. I have to go highlight the one showing and slide 90 degs just to see the others and what unread e-mails... too much work! Can you please put them back so I can see them???

4. Fix text paste issue

   Please fix the bug when paste anything, it ignores my cursor position and always paste on top. I use Google Chrome on Windows 11.

5. New Yahoo email deleted many options I used.

   A lot of issues with this new version of Yahoo email. One of the biggest is the option to change the font size of my email messages that I send or print. The font size is so small on the emails I print I can hardly read them with out a magnifying glass. Also, I cannot bold anything, underline anything, color anything in my outgoing email messages.

7. Jumping Text ANNOYING

   This is a complaint. When I am composing, the text jumps up a space with every letter I type. Driving me crazy. How can this be fixed? Thanks.

9. Issues with attachments to Email

   Keep getting error message when attaching PDF file to email. Says can't save draft. Never had issues until Yahoo Email was changed and updated.

12. Correct the "fit" in Windows when composing new email

    Adjust the "compose" window so that all of the features are accessible, such as font modifications, italic, bold print, emojis, etc.

    Currently, the above options drop below the visible screen, especially when font size is increased, and are not accessible when composing an email.

13. Maximize screen view of mail; send video files or auto upload video files to cloud

    I would immediately pay if (a) I knew I could maximize the screen so old eyes can view more of a document AND
    (b) if Yahoo Mail could either send occasional multiple image or video files .... even automatically upload to a in the ozone file that recipients could access for a limited time then choose to save if they wish

    The screen is way too busy

17. I have composed by response below

    I went back to the previous "old" version of Yahoo Mail. The word "standard" in the new version is completely confusing....standard means just that not "new" as is the fact in the new version of Yahoo mail (which by the way is a total mess). In the older version now 1) all the writing tools (size, color, script, etc. choices) are missing, 2) today's date emails are not loading 3)there is a hug blank space between the email text end and the bottom choices (send, delete, etc) at the bottom of each email when I hit reply.

20. Put CC and BCC in one button like before

    CC and BCC being in one button that you can use to also hide those lines was more practical than the new buttons, I think.

    Note the convenience of tabbing from the recipient header to the subject line.
