WHAT'S NEW:
Calendar - We moved it from under "More" on the right hand side to it's own icon. Still on the right hand side, but it's now the first icon next to Starred and Contacts.

TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Calendar Feedback

    Why was the Calendar List View removed? Why would anyone consider that helpful? Restore it. You calendar is barely useable without it. The other views stink

  2. Calendar Text Color Coding

    What happed to the ability to color code RED / YELLOW / GREEN on the type pull down tab when you are creating or editing a calendar event???

    The function is still in the "type" pull down tab but does not work. This function used to color code the text whichever color you pick.

  3. Toggle on/off the event from email feature

    Your new "put an item on the calendar based on the contents of an email" does not work properly. It's mixing up information, putting the wrong stuff on the desktop calendar, locking up my phone app, and making calendar items out of things that are only and FYI for me (not an event). Please allow the user to turn this feature on or off based on their own needs.

  4. BUG: Yahoo Calendar sends reminders to an obsolete email address that is no longer configured anywhere in my Yahoo account.

    My Yahoo account is: ktsib@yahoo.com

    All Yahoo Calendar email reminders are incorrectly sent to my old address:

    ktsibouk@panafon.gr

    I have verified the following:

    • Calendar Options → Reminders shows the correct address: ktsib@yahoo.com
    • The old panafon.gr address does not appear in Calendar settings or Sharing.
    • Mail → Settings → Mailboxes contains only my current Yahoo mailbox.
    • Account Security → Additional emails does not contain the panafon.gr address.
    • Disabling Email reminders, saving, and enabling them again did not fix the problem.
    • The problem occurs with completely NEW events.
    • I created a completely NEW TEST calendar and a NEW event in it. Its…

  5. Improved Calendar Event Editing

    When I edit an existing Calendar Event - change the date - then click on another field such as the time - the square calendar box where I selected the new date does NOT close. This makes it difficult to select the SAVE button. Please improve this.

  6. Zoom - Meeting Invitations

    The old yahoo would give me the meeting along with the zoom invite in emails. This version is not giving me the date of the meeting to RSVP to with the zoom like like it should!

  7. You can improve yhoo mail by restoring the ability for users to see the dates they entered in the calendar.

    Dear Yahoo team, please, stop improving the calendar and restore the customer's ability to see the dates I've added that are important for me. Everything has become terrible, and I'm looking for other ways to add them to the calendar from different sources.

  8. Calendar Timezones

    I need to be able to change my settings on Time Zones from ETC/ GMT to EST. The drop-down menu does not give me the option to do this. Please fix this and let me know. Thank you.
