    Hi there, thank you for submitting feedback! We pushed the new layout a while ago and have been slowly migrating users. The migration is almost complete.


    We see a lot of 'Compact View' feedback so we wanted to gather more feedback!


    When looking at your Inbox, we have in the top, right hand side, the sorting icon. From there you can change the Inbox Spacing to: Small, Medium, Large. (Screenshot provided). Same under More > Settings > Appearance (Screenshot provided)


    So our question to you:

    1. Are you not seeing these Settings/Choices?
    2. You DO see them, but you want it even more Compact? How compact is our question?

    I don't want a lot of bells and whistles. I liked my basic email layout. This new "improved" (?) layout assaults my eyes and my brain

  2. Are we stuck with this ****** format? Please return to the prior format so that I don't have to find a new site
