    Where are the answers to how to turn off new mail format when the button is missing. I have missed many days of mail because the NEW SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK.

    The button to turn off the new mail is MISSING! Please help turn off the new mail. I check every day multiple times for a way to turn the new mail off. There is instructions for it but the button shown in the instructions is missing. Where is the button to turn it off. I think I can add my yahoo mail account to gmail and just never have to look at yahoo mail again.

    I also want to switch back to classic email.

  2. hate the new mail, to many ads in mixed in my mail can not find emails from my son's doctors want the old way back
