Add Overtime Goals as a scoring category instead of GWG.
GWG is so random, with many of them falling on a, say 4th goal of a blowout that the other team scores a couple late when no one cares anymore... Whereas, OTGWG is a much more accurate depiction of the players scoring actual game winning goals.
They say 75% of OT games end before the Shootout, and games make it to OT all the time now. This gives the star players another level of separation, as they are often the ones out on the ice scoring the goals.
