    PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE LOOK of Yahoo Mail like you di a while back and it looked like GMAIL which I cannot stand. You allowed to reverse to the older version of Yahoo and I am completely satisfied with it. I have seen countless complaints on the new look. One does not ABSOLUTELY have to change something that works. Please leave it as it is OR allow me to keep it the way it is as it works for me! Thank you! Francesca

    This new format is unspeakably horrendous. I wrote this many times and in many sauces and yet, no communication back and no return to previous version. It is virtually unusable.
