Perfectly fine comments "rejected" because of errors in the algorithm!
I had time and again "comment rejected" for comments that do not break the guidelines in any way.

I also am blocked from posting comments to Yahoo News stories? I believe that I've behaved well in the comments and not been malicious.
Is there a way to address misreporting of someone? Are trolls able to block most legitimate users by falsely reporting them as hateful?
