Playoffs - Two week playoff matchups.
This feature would allow commissioners to implement 2 week long playoff matchups for their league. For example, in a 4 team playoff, the first round of the playoffs would run for weeks 14 and 15 and then the Championship would be weeks 16 and 17. Currently, this feature is not available to commissioners.

Two week playoff matchups are a basic addition, and should be easily implemented. I switched my 8 year league over from ESPN this year because of the features you offer, and little did I know a basic option like this is not offered. SERENITY NOW!

2 week Championship week should be standard. Just end the regular season a week earlier and start playoffs. This would significantly improve H2H. End another week earlier to make Semi finals 2 weeks too. Simple.

Just adding to the rolling list of requests for this feature. How hard can it be to just add this as an option?! Please give commissioners the option to set playoff rounds as 1 or 2 week duration!

Yet another post about this topic! Let's keep them coming until Yahoo figures out that this is probably the single highest demanded item in fantasy baseball. This used to be a feature on Yahoo until about 5 years ago. Common Yahoo!

Yes! I have been asking for this for the past 5 years as well. Thanks David! I had put up posts about this over the last couple years, and they have conveniently disappeared. There is no reason that Yahoo can't just give commissioners this option. Yahoo, please give us a 2 week playoff round option!

2-week championship rounds used to be available up until about 4 or 5 years ago on Yahoo. Why would you remove that capability?

The league commissioner should be able to customize (or at least choose from more options) when the fantasy playoffs begins/ends. Having a two-week championship is an option that every member of our league supports, but we are unable to implement.

Amen to this idea!! 2 week fantasy playoffs should be a must to get a real champion, not a lucky week winner.
Furthermore, fantasy playoffs should not include the final week of the regular season. Most of the players that got you to the fantasy championship are on MLB playoff teams. As such they are often resting that final week. -

yes! my league is considering moving to ESPN where they have this features. yahoo used to have it as recently as 2012, not sure why they ever got rid of it.

Been sending an email to yahoo about this every year for the past 5 years. As recently as 2012 2-week finals were an option, but for some reason Yahoo decided to remove it. Baseball is a game of sample sizes, 1 week is not enough. Please yahoo bring back 2 week playoff matches!

This needs to happen or chances are we're moving our league to another site that allows it. For 16 years we've had a 1 week quarterfinal, 1 week semifinal, and 2 week championship with the 2nd week managed via spreadsheet ourselves. OBP is a pain in the butt to calculate for 6 different teams . Please make a 2 week championship an option, no matter how many teams are in the playoffs.

For all playoff matches, there should be an option for them to be 2-weeks long. This would ensure a game wasn't just a one-time win. ESPN has this option and it works very well.
