He is listed as the fifth man in the depth chart and rotation, and making his 3rd start tomorrow, Wednesday, May 24, 2017. If he is listed in the Rays rotation as a SP, why do we have to wait for three starts?

A 10% owned guy and you drop the can't cut on him in a month. You never remove the can't cuts for 3-4 months, sitting on them. No rationale for adding them to it so quickly when it may have been nothing more than a hot start.

You guys are incredibly so to react to most things but you jump on this and the can't cut list in itself in leagues where half the teams are inactive is simply stupid. What are you preventing? If any of these are private money leagues, they can handle it themselves. Otherwise, nobody is ruining any league of significance.

You take four weeks to put someone on the can't cut list but four months to remove. Pull it out some year. Overly controlled status as it is.
