[Rosters] Commissioner Start Active Players function
Requests to allow commissioners to use the Start Active Players tool for inactive teams in their league.

How about a start active players for the week option in commissioners tools? Having to edit rosters the way it is now is so painful. I have 3 managers in my league that are complete scrubs, so they never set their rosters. Having to use the existing edit rosters tool everyday (until I can find new managers) is sucking the life out of me.
Please consider allowing commissioners to set rosters for the week, for inactive manager, just like managers can do for their own teams, please.

This would be a great addition. As it stands now, Commissioners are forced to go day by day to appease league members who don't want inactive teams. It's not realistic to do it that way.

As a commissioner, it would be great if I could set this so that it automatically sets active lineup for the week for any user who hasn't logged into their account in 10 days.
