Regular season championships
Please consider awarding "trophies" for champions of regular seasons in fantasy baseball (and other fantasy sports). It is absurd that a manager who has prevailed over 22 long weeks could lose a championship based on the results of games played in the final weeks of the regular season, when many teams are resting regulars. The long regular season is a far better measure of a manager's ability and far more effective at evening out the role of injury and other kinds of bad luck. If you must, award regular season and post-season championships—but speaking for myself I would place a far higher value on the regular season trophy. I say that as someone who has won a few championships against teams that were clearly superior week-to-week in the regular season.
