On desktop, we should also see the remaining adds of other managers. At the moment, we can see our own remaining adds but when viewing other managers' teams, we can't see how many adds they have left.

Managers can view the Recent Transactions Log for the league to see how many adds a manager has made in a week to determine how many they have left.
