Login and logout are broken on new Y7 homepage.
Log-in links from Yahoo7 homepage are terribly slow to respond, then the log-in dialogue box page is even slower, totalling 2 to 5 minutes to log in. Generally try clicking the login link a second time, because it shows no sign of loading. It briefly flashes that I have used an incorrect password, then reverts to the homepage, with the login successful.
Log-out from the homepage is impossible. You have to click (not hover) on the mini-profile pic to bring up the log-out link. But the link appears only momentarily, because having clicked the profile pic causes the page to…

It's not all about the HOME PAGE. I don't like the way emails are now all bundled together. It's all very confusing. hard to edit.
The way emails from each sender are all bundled together is confusing. It's very difficult to differentiate them. Simplify this. Go back to the way it was.

Large ads at the top of your pages are to large and agressive, thinking of changing homepage if this doesnt change.
Get rid of these huge ads, they not only slow down the browser to an unacceptable level but they are also an assault on the eyes - very intrusive! If it wasn't for this opportunity to provide feedback I would be changing my homepage to another provider. On the bright side I would like to congratulate you on having this feedback option without which no doubt many would leave and you wouldn't have a clue as to why.

Bring back previous versions.

We deserve an apology for the Americanisation!
Yahoo, please post an apology to Australian users for hijacking our homepage with American junk stories. Also for the huge blunder with the American flag which so upset everybody (though I never saw it myself). Sure, you may have partly fixed the Americanisation problem (partly!) but it was extremely insulting to us. Show some balls and admit you stuffed up!

Cut the wasted spaces: Wrong area weather and useless search bar.
Cut the wasted spaces: Wrong area weather and useless search bar. There's a limit to screen space, and a big chunk of it is wasted displaying a weather summary for SOMEBODY ELSE'S LOCATION. Make th eweather compact and expandable, and make it for the user's REAL location. And get rid of the HUGE strip devoted to the pointless searchbar.

Cut the number of outsourced domains that we have to enable scripting for.
For those of us who are security-conscious or want to reduce bandwidth or loading times (or just prefer a no-frills experience), we disable scripting by default, and only enable it when we require a certain feature. Yahoo makes that as difficult as possible by outsourcing scripts at various domains, notable Brightcove and IMRworldwide, but also many others. Please keep the majority at Yahoo, but keep the ones responsible for automatically loading videos at a SINGLE outside domain, so users can take control of their own Yahoo experience. (And completely CUT links with Google-analytics, the biggest data-pirates in the world!)

The endless random scroll is the stupidest idea ever. Give us links to categories, so we can follow OUR interests, not the ones you force on

Make it darker! All that bright WHIIIIIIITE hurts my eyes (and uses more battery power).
Make the new homepage darker! All that bright WHIIIIIIITE hurts my eyes (and uses more battery power). Or at least provide an easy-to-find setting to change the appearance.
