  10. EMail spam folder will not let go of emails I say are not spam

    Bug Report!

    I review emails in my Spam folder about once a week. When I find an email that should not be there, I click on Not Spam. I expect that the email will be moved into my Inbox so that I can act on it immediately, not having to wait in the spam folder for a few days until some technician can review it and determine that I know what I am talking about when I say that something is not spam. My current workaround it to use the Move feature to move the desired emails to my inbox.

  13. I detest the new format.

    Nothing is organized,it is far too cluttered and very aggravating to use now.I have had nothing but issues trying to read a news article as it doesn't load at all or partially loads and then disappears,this is ridiculous.I will be changing over to MSN.

  18. Coke analogy is a bad analogy

    Nearly half a million people angrily called and wrote to Coca-Cola back in 1985 when it introduced the now infamous “New Coke” formula. Psychiatrists who listened in recall that many people sounded like they were talking about a death in the family.
    You should have picked a better analogy. What happened with Coke?
    People did not like it - McDonald's would not serve it. So they had Classic coke and new coke. After awhile they go rid of new coke and
    now it is back to the old coke.
