    For the ladt 2 weeks, whenever I open the yahoo mail app on my I-pad mini, I get a pop up telling me to update the app by the 23rd May (tomorrow). I tried to do this last week but was told I needed at least IOS10. Since I am on IOS9.3.5 and there being no updates from Apple to do, I cannot upgrade to rhe new app so I stand to lose my messages and settings.     I have received an email supposedly from you in my spam folder. It looks genuine about the GDPR so why is it in spam? It seems I cannot contact you if using basic mail and I do not want the other version as it runs slowly.

    I tried to contact from email but it wanted to send an account key - i don't understand how this works, do not want it and far prefer a secure password. Are you genuinely trying to contact me and if so what am I supposed to do?

    Help your customers that cannot log into their accounts due to your service of a key code text not working. I had to make a new account just to post this. I need help to get into my original account. it has been a week and no help from Yahoo.

    Your email functions UX/UI is less and less functional and more and more useless. I do not know why in the sent hisotory I can not see the message to which I replied and why I can not reply to email twice. Each time I want to reply again I am sending it to myself, I need to start a new email.
    If you want people to stop using yahoo mail you can just say so, there is no need to make it more difficult for the user.

  8. Stop allowing racism

    Stop allowing outright racism on your comments. It is disgusting what is posted on them. I am sure it is not difficult to block them, you manage to do it with swear words yet you allow outright blatant racism. It actually makes me wonder whether you condone that sort of behaviour providing it keeps up your comment numbers.

  11. You can help by making your site do several things...

    Page loading is spradic, often end up being sent to the home page when scrolling an article I clicked on.

    If you didn't load up so much **** with your content, then pages would load, mail would work and this pust for 64 bit browsers, well thank you retards, I can't upgraded you morons, a 32 bit machine can't have a 64 bit program installed on it, its not like a 64 bit machine you can run 32 bit programs on..... What frigging planet are you on?

    I need to contact yahoo I got an email purporting to be from you saying another number has been added to my account, what account? worse when one clicks on not you then a pay pal page comes up and in the header it mentions banking!

    How do I remove the annoying little pop-up advising me to make Yahoo! my home page? Yahoo! UK has been set as my home page for years. If I select this irksome suggestion it only offers me the US page.

    Hi, Issue is in draft emails. As soon as i start typing email, in yahoo draft box a new draft email is created for the same email. In my case almost 33 draft emails created and they are still in my draft box. For R&D you can take a look at my draft box. Regards, Sadiq
