Make new email as good as the old...
OK, you've forced me to use your horrible new email but one easy thing you can do to make it a little more useful would be to put Folders above Views in the sidebar. I can hide Views temporarily, but it's back again when I return and without scrolling I cannot see at a glance whether I have any new mails in the folders - where most of my emails go. I need to see Folders every time I check emails, I need Views once in a blue moon. It's a no brainer.

I have a recurrent problem with my account.
Every so often I get these strange symbols appear in front of my account name, when sending emails and eventually it locks me out of my account. Last time I contacted Sky they couldn't help but a software engineer fixed it for me. Since then the answer he gave me doesn't seem to work because of updates

Not able to log onto Emails
guce.yahoo.com’ comes up when trying to access emails and wont let me log into them, or access Yahoo main page. You need to resolve this issues so that i can use Yahoo again. Otherwise I'll have to change everything over and close my Yahoo accounts

I tried to contact from email but it wanted to send an account key - i don't understand how this works, do not want it and far prefer a secure password. Are you genuinely trying to contact me and if so what am I supposed to do?

Stop allowing outright racism on your comments. It is disgusting what is posted on them. I am sure it is not difficult to block them, you manage to do it with swear words yet you allow outright blatant racism. It actually makes me wonder whether you condone that sort of behaviour providing it keeps up your comment numbers.

fix your key code text service. answer customer help emails
Help your customers that cannot log into their accounts due to your service of a key code text not working. I had to make a new account just to post this. I need help to get into my original account. it has been a week and no help from Yahoo.

For the ladt 2 weeks, whenever I open the yahoo mail app on my I-pad mini, I get a pop up telling me to update the app by the 23rd May (tomorrow). I tried to do this last week but was told I needed at least IOS10. Since I am on IOS9.3.5 and there being no updates from Apple to do, I cannot upgrade to rhe new app so I stand to lose my messages and settings.
