2nd verification step working for phone (Android version ) but not for main website
When I change my password and sign back in to Yahoo....my phone version (Android) asks for 2nd verification ( which I signed up for ) and a verfication code is texted to my phone. This is supposed to happen when I sign back in ON THE MAIN WEBSITE BUT IT DOES NOT... i GET NO MESSAGE ASKING FOR 2ND VERIFICATION CODED TO BE SENT TO MY PHONE....PLEASE FIX....THIS IS MAJOR.... On March 4, 2017, 16 draft files suddenly and unexpectedly disappeared from my drafts folder. I requested restoration of lost e-mails, and several intentionally deleted e-mails reappeared in my trash folder, but the drafts did not return, and I need them. Can anyone help?

Seems like latley Mail crashes and won't open a lot. Maybe I should switch to g-mail
Get off your dead *** and fix the problems with mail not opening and not responding. Maybe I should switch everything to gmail as people I know that have it say they don't have this problem

I started having trouble signing into my Yahoo on my I phone in January sometime. It just stopped working. I finally deleted that app and
I have had trouble with my yahoo account n my I phone since mid January. I finally deleted it and added the new account for my phone. All was ok, but now I cannot get into yahoo on my desk top without a code being texed to me each time. My phone app no longer works either. If you guys are changing thing we should be alerted. So, WHAT IS GOING ON?????

Intermingling these things...account and e-mail...and do it so badly, is a FAIL! Please, Yahoo!, stop monkeying with things. Go back on all counts to what worked. Respect my privacy instead of demanding access to all sorts of things so you get to be the privileged gatekeeper...especially after publishing and compromising so much of our personal data already. Yahoo still has security problems. yahoo.coperation1006@xtra.co.nz is sending me phishing email and you can't detect it? Shame on you. Fix!
Fix your email security problem. I got a phishing email today from yahoo.coperation1006@xtra.co.nz saying my account will be terminated unless I click on a link in the email. Yeah, right. How is it that after all your security problems you still can't detect an obviously fake email like this? You need to invest more in keeping your customers secure or they will leave.

Yahoo! you should be embarrassed. I had to change to the basic email settings because the no part of the new settings are not functioning right? In addition, how about adding a option to turn off the videos that appear all sections of the users email accounts. They annoying.
