    Good job, Yahoo! Even though you have received scores of feedback on not trying to pry phone numbers and other personal information out of people under the guise of "securing your account"...instead of removing this annoying query during the sign-in process, you just change it's appearance and plug on your merry way!! STOP ASKING ME TO SECURE MY ACCOUNT, CHANGE MY PASSWORD, GIVE MY PHONE #, ETC.ETC.ETC.ETC.

  4. I totally hate the new yahoo and old one!!!

    I really hate using yahoo..!!!!! I loved the old version without any complication much more!!! I loved when I could open more window parallelly, I can not write a new e-mail address becaue at typing @ I can not continue the e-mail address...!!! there were no problem at login...., I was always bothering to choose more secure login and I didn't want to and finally I was forced to choose the new fantastic login, and now I can't step in w/o my phone!!!!! What a stupid idea!!!! Searching among e-mails whatever is not really usage friendly. With time passing the…

  10. I have had Yahoo Mail for several years - it is approaching time for a DIVORCE. Yahoo mail is becoming a burden to use. I am sick of it.

    Make it "User Friendly" - you are losing clients. When most companies lose clients they make improvements. Once a customer leaves - there is a 99% chance they will never return.
    BTW, what genius is distorting your business plan now - maybe you should fire them and improve your core business objectives.

  13. Mail filters would be nice!

    Your help section says to just go to Mail Settings and there the filters will be. Well...I've just tried out Basic Mail, New, and the mobile sites. Not only is there no Settings link (it's called Options, now), but apparently there's no filter function. I'm suddenly getting loads of Spam in my inbox and having filters back would be nice! Or at least update the help section!

  14. The new yahoo has been such a processor hog. Very difficult to navigate when it is not responding or loading. Going back to basic

    KISS! Full Yahoo has been and still is a processor hog/elephant. At least I can read, file, and send mail with attachments in a reasonable amount of time while in basic mail. Gone back to basics.

  15. My mobile app is asking for a fingerprint, PIN or pattern. I have not set up any of those.

    My mobile app wants a PIN pattern or fingerprint. I have not set those up. It will not allow me to proceed. I NEED MY EMAIL ON MY PHONE. I tried deleting it and re downloading. Same ****.

    I accept your dual sign-on now I have to keep my phone with me if I want to use yahoo mail? AND I can't disable this stupid feature AND you gave away all of my information anyways? Yahoo mail sux.
