Urgent — Unauthorized transaction posted to my Yahoo Wallet (requesting transaction metadata and investigation)

Hello Yahoo Wallet Support team,
Recently I discovered 2 unfamiliar transactions in my Yahoo Wallet and request an immediate investigation. I have never used Yahoo Wallet since my personal Yahoo account was created. This Yahoo account is my personal account.

I did not authorize this charge. The entry contains only a date, amount, and a masked card label with no card number or merchant descriptor. The transaction appears to have been posted recently despite the transaction date being years ago (transaction dated in 2012 and 2013). I am concerned this may be a fraudulent accounting manipulation.

Requested actions :
1. Please flag this transaction as disputed in your system while you investigate and provide a case/ticket number I can reference.
2. Please advise next steps for me to submit a screenshot of the unfamiliar transactions under my Yahoo Wallet to investigate
3. Please share any evidence you find that explains why a transaction dated years ago was posted only now.
