    we are picking up emails that have been censored!! They are from friends and do not offend anyone except the yahoo censors. This is totally wrong and illegal.

  2. Which Subject, Topic, Category or Option for enqiry about Data Download

    None that I could see, nor anything close found with Help Search.
    How do I find out why my Data Download requests are being cancelled after I get an email saying they are in progress.
    I thought that maybe the Chat Assistant might be the place for answers not in the FAQ or given topic lists, but I was wrong.
    Overall Help structure and option trees seem to be quite limited, with no obvious route to search beyond the limited choices shown, or is that all there is. If so it is not exactly comprehensive.

  3. Download my Data doesn't

    I request to download my data, I get status that this is being processed, i get email telling me it is being processed and will notify when ready. Then, less than an hour later I get another email telling me the data download is cancelled. Why? No reason or explanation given. Try again to initiate a Data Download, same result. And a 3rd time, fails again. Why?? It would be nice to know the reason for the download being cancelled. Is this a temporary glitch or a permanent fail, should I try again in a little while or is it…

  4. Chat Assistant totally fails the Turing Test

    Chat assistant, and general help page layout fail to lead towards anything helpful. Just loop through the same limited options. Frustrating experience that made me mutter some very rude words and waste a lot of time. Chat Assistant needs a larger vocabulary of Keywords to identify the enquiry being made, and a larger selection of Options to offer, including "Non of the above", or "Other" to break out of a loop and try to find another branch of its obviously very limited response/decision tree.

  5. Please turn OFF your Pop Over Ads.....

    Every time I refresh a page or go to a new page....a pop over ad appears....turn it off....it's annoying and I don't care about them. I'm what you would call a "super affiliate" and know all about these annoying ads of all sorts......pop overs are the worst & will irritate your users the most.

  7. Problem with mouse cursor on vertical scroll bar.

    If your mouse cursor moves off the vertical scroll bar while reading Yahoo News, it returns to Yahoo first page news listing.
    Please correct this so I can finish news article. You don't need this since you can return to news listing by using the back arrow in upper bar.

  9. Language needs fixing

    Improve the language settings so that the pages actually load in the language the user has selected.

    If it was not for the translate feature of my browser I would not have been able to find this group.

  11. Don't force people to change their passwords and then not offer customer support except to pay for it.

    Provide actual live chat options with people, not a program. And not require access to so much just to submit this feedback. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not helpful in any actionable way.

  12. The information you are requesting to verify identity for security on my email account is absolutely ridiculous. This is my back-up email.

    The second question asks me to describe an email I have sent from this account. Again, this is my back-up email. I have sent no emails from this account so I cannot answer this question. The only one I could answer was my registration name. This rendered your agent completely unable to help me. There are other ways to verify identity. Use them! My account is now locked because of a vicious cycle that I need to verify my account but I can't because I need to remove an invalid second source but I can't remove the second source because…

    In Empty Inbox this text "Catch up on the most popular videos on Yahoo" Background link width is 372px. It should be width: 272px. So it's looking like odd. Cheek the empty inbox so you can better understand.
    Now, Please Re-Cheek the program, and solve it.

  19. customer support

    Every time I want to log into my yahoo.com account, I am forwarded to my yahoo.de account. Your help site doesn't help with this problem and I can't use some services anymore because of this issue. It's a whole mess sinde 01.February 21 and I can't fix it alone. Customer service? 0. This is embarrassing for such a huge and well known company!
    Any ideas to fix this problem?
