  2. Since the update the Notifications Count increases but is not decreasing, simply, it's not clearing out in Chrome, Firefox and Edge seem ok.

  6. Get rid of the ******* fake virus popups!

    Get rid of the ******* fake virus popups! I use a fully patched Mac with High Sierra. I get these stupid popups multiple times a day, only when visiting Yahoo. Yahoo Comments is the worst offender right now.

  7. I'm afraid to respond to the OATH Terms of service email.

    It looks like a scam and has links to some OATH.com I never heard of. Pretty strange this coming out of the blue and no news article announcing any Yahoo/Verizon/AOL project or what it is. Pretty poor planning to insure failure, or else there is a new Yahoo scam going on.

    What is this email to my account about this OATH service with you AOL and verison wanting me to agree to another TOS? This looks like some scam or phishing. Can you verify you sent it? Very bad form sending junk like this, blind to the users.

  9. so I cannot get into my yahoo account I have had for 15 years unless I accept your new terms of privacy (or actually lack of therof)?

    allow people to get into their email to close it down rather than lock them out til they sign a new policy by accepting. when reading your policy, you must have been watching facebook at congressional hearings and thought you need to get ahead of it for yahoo.

    Yahoo needs new managers or someone with common sense. They ALSO NEED A PHONE OPERATED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP FIX THEIR ******** AUTOMATED ACCOUNT HELP. BUT I GUESS WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THAT MONEY YOU DONT WANT ANYONE CALLING YOU WITH A PROBLEM WHILE PLAYING THE BACK 9. I made this dumb account just to leave feed back since I can't get into mine.

    there has to be a better way to recover a forgotten password rather than a mobile recovery. I have gotten a new number and it keeps sending me in a loop of the help site and saying the samething over and over again...

  14. My server won’t respond. Impossible to avoid contacting you by phone. Looking at gmail

    Your server won’t respond to my yahoo. Total pain. No way to get help without calling. Apparently you don’t monitor who is using the diagnostics when they have a problem. Totally bummed

    How about instead of community feedback we can actually speak to a real person, email, phone call WHATEVER. I'm having a lot of issues here and there's literally not one thing on this website that has pointed me in the right direction what so ever ? Because yeah this website blows.

  19. I am stuck with a subscription to an account that AT&T froze and I can't get rid of it

    When you signed up with AT&T, you became useless. AT&T is just SBCGlobal.net and had to become AT&T to get away from the government's questions about their improper "business practices". Now, AT&T froze many (thousands) of email and will not let us back in to them nor can we get any satisfaction from them.

    Basically, I only opened this new account to let you know that I will be putting a ban on any further subscriptions you are getting because of the useless and locked account.

  20. Hard to get any help

    Each time i access my mail I get the same error

    "You preferences failed to save at this time due to a temporary error"

    OK, this temporary error has been lasting for a week now. If I reload (F5) the page then i can read my mail. I have logged out and logged in. I have cleared my cache.
