Put back the add contacts from the email.
It takes TOO MUCH TIME TO ADD ADDRESSES NOW.
I have emails going to my trash folder and spam folder that should not be there.

This is now WAY too much work! Bring back the old way of clicking on the address to add to contacts please... I don't want to automatically add everyone.

Restore the “Automatically add new recipients to Yahoo Contacts” function please.

I think i speak for most that the new yahoomail sucks big time! The classic version allowed us to quickly add a new incoming email recipient to our contact list from within the email. Now that option is gone! Why would you guys take that feature away? Do you guys even poll your own customers to see if we would like those type of changes?
So the question is HOW and WHERE do we go to automatically have new incoming recipients added to our contact list?

Why switch back to classic mail when it insists that you upgrade to the new version? Biggest issue is that I cannot add new e-mail addresses directly from the incoming e-mail.

In previous versions, I was able to click on the email address of a sender and add it to my contacts. Now I have to do that manually, as this feature is gone. PLEASE RESTORE!!

I would like to be able to compose an email..... put a slew of people in the "TO" box and then with 1 click have these contacts be made into a group or list or whatever you want to call it.... so that next time I want to send an email to said group/list, I can just type in that name of group/list. Thanks.

Adding contacts should be easy!!!!! no wonder the platform is falling apart.

it used to be that when one hovered the cursor above the email name, one would be given the option to save to contacts ... but it seems to have disappeared.
I only want to add my "wanted recipients" to my contacts -- not automatically add all the junk emails that land in my inbox
Why was this useful feature removed ??
The only option now to vet incoming recipients, is to manually add recipients.
How can that be helpful to users ? -

Ranked highest in concerns! Utterly Gobsmacked that you removed an auto add contact feature and are bringing us back to the days of the dinosaur... such a simple feature but OH, so very powerful and you took it away.... grrrrrrrrrrr

I need to update my contacts list and I cant even find it. Also, when I used a new email address I had the option to add it to contacts and now there is no option. I'm glad your engineers are working on this but its not helpful as I need this now. Besides, how long does it take to fix something you had in place before.

Put back an "add contact" feature.

I can't tell how to add on now! Please go back to being able to hover over the email and the pop-up option appears to add the contact. Can't even tell how to add names now or who is already in there without opening another screen to search Contacts. Your "improvement" is not an improvement. Eliminating means to doing something is not an improvement.

Dear Team,
Provide the option to enable user to see sender email address without hovering it.
You may provide extra column or just ability /preference to see it user interest to see the Name or Email address.
Mostly I feel , email will be great advantage since , I can easily safeguard from phishing email / suspitious emails using genuine name with some variation. Mostly banks and payment related and taking to there sites for various reason. They pretend to be as someone else but are spammers.
Thanks and Regards

I loved having the feature of adding a recipient or sender from an e-mail to my contacts. Now that the feature is gone, I'm very unhappy. I don't want to auto-save contacts. I also don't want to input everything manually. Bring that feature back, please! I've been with Yahoo forever, but this is frustrating.
