How can we improve New Mail?

Why do items that are sent to your spam folder now still have embedded links active? In the old mail, any links in an item (which are usually bogus or even dangerous) were not active to click on, as a safety measure. If they really were not spam, you would move them to the inbox (or some other folder, I guess) and then you could use the links.

    I know Google is sabotaging Yahoo email to force people to migrate over to Gmail. You've disabled searching the spam folder to waste people's time and make them hate Yahoo. Shame on you! I hate Google even more now! I will find a way to create or join a Class Action Anti-Trust Lawsuit against Google for this.

    I have the same problem. I check my e-mail daily, and those I deleted and blocked just pop right back up all over again. I think it's best to just block Yahoo itself...I HATE IT!!

    Past month has seen the spam filter absolutely unable to discern spam emails. i'm getting financial scam spam in my inbox at about 5-10 per day. many address me by name, which truly makes me wonder whether new yahoo owner Verizon is GIVING MY ADDRESS TO SCAMMER & INVITING THEM INTO MY INBOX.

    I've used yahoo mail for over a decade. Never seen spam like this, either in volume or sleaziness.

    Your spam handling is worthless!! I get continuous spam emails from the SAME addresses OVER AND OVER! Even though I block and delete them. Your process DOES NOT WORK!

    Spam is increasing at a rapid rate as are unwanted advertisements. It has increased ridiculously since the yahoo breach. With all the technology advances for ransomware and hackers it seems Yahoo would
    benefit to increase focus in these areas...increase customer satisfaction keep up with technology to offer customers advantages of using Yahoo.

    I am getting an unsettling amount of random spam mail and I need it to stop. So far, all that I can do is 'Move to Junk', as if that has any impact on halting further spam. I am sick and tired of getting bombarded with junk mail every single time I open my Inbox. This is atrocious. There should be an easier was to report things of such nature as well. Figure out a flushing system for this scam mail, Yahoo.

    Yahoo asked me if i'd like Yahoo to send the senders of spam emails a request to stop sending me emails or to take me off their email list. Since Yahoo sent the email to those spammers i have received double the amount of spam emails in my inbox. It was pointless and made my situation worse. thanks yahoo.

    Yahoo, stop spamming me by trying to get me to upgrade to Pro or expanding my mail by making Yahoo my default page. It's NOT going to happen! Every time I check my junk mail (and that's what I use you for now, just junk mail), you ask me to do this. You've already lost me as a regular customer, where you used to be my only email address.
    I've moved on to Outlook for the more serious stuff and couldn't be happier. Leave me alone!

    I am getting emails that I block and spam. The addresses always change. Addresses look like this "utmiehffhfh9746jjfnn@vcheie. co. uk or similar. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Just started about a month ago.

    I select all the spam in my spam folder, I select block it, within 30 seconds it's all back in my spam folder, what gives ?????
