How can we improve New Mail?

When an email is returned couldn't deliver... We need a button beside it. That will remove the old address from our contacts book.

    That's exactly what they want. They want all your private information so they can sell it.

    Just because I sent someone one email doesn't mean I want them in my contacts list. I should have the option and if I don't opt them in, it should not be put in the list.also just because someone leaves all email addresses on an email they send to me does not mean I want all those names on my contact list

    In an effort to prevent fraud, please set up "recall" or "undo" an email that hasn't been opened yet. Pertinent information can be sent jeopardizing someone's personal security.

    when I open an email to read it, as I scroll down the system jumps back to the top of the email.

    How in the h*** do you delete unwanted contacts in the first place. No delete button anywhere.
    Very bad system, my folder is full of stuff I can't get rid of. Just because I sent someone one email doesn't mean I want them in my contacts list. I should have the option and if I don't opt them in, it should not be put in the list.

    I agree there should be an easy way to remove contacts that don't work. The same with automatic contacts which many are bogus or unknown, which makes the contact folder full of junk, which requires cleaning out. It would be nice to be able to get a popup whenever contacts are automatically added, to select which ones to add and which ones not to. An alternate method would be to HIDE bogus or junk contacts so that they can't be selected, and so that the auto add doesn't keep adding them back in.

    Please add a way to delete incorrect email addresses that show up as I start to enter names in the "TO" section. Sometimes there will be 2 addresses, an old/wrong one & the new/correct one.

    I agree. I don't know how to get rid of the old addresses that aren't needed any more.

    Having the same issue -- I want to be able to delete old email addresses and before you decided to have this "new and improved" (ha) email, there was an X by a name and you were able to delete a name. What did you do?

    Agree with Merie Ann's approach for handling deletion of old, expired contacts...

    Contacts section needs to be added back to manage contacts and groups. It easier than 'inline' - where managing contacts is taking attention away from original task.

    The new email is not friendly. I find it very difficult to upload my message and do the correction before sending my message. I prefer the old system other wise review and reevaluate the new one would be very good
