How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    I agree the contacts situation needs to be improved. The old way was better

    Click on contact, new window pops up and give technical difficulty retrieving contact.

    I have no contacts on the new version or the old except once in awhile. What does this mean?

    I have no more contact list AT ALL
    yahoo-mail SUCKS big time

    Time to change provider !

    I agree with Leslie, the missing contact list is a big issue. Why did you guys change? What on earth is the advantage supposed to be?

    Why is it when I click on Contacts (picture, not text, and right hand menu not with the left hand menu so it took a while to find) the old version comes back?
    Are we not supposed to email contacts in the new version??

    I don't like new system with all of the pictures (initials) It takes up too much room on the listing!

    Adding to contact list is horrible!!!! Plus I have a private group I need to add someone to and I can't do it!!! Why do you change things and make them worse!!!!

    How do i get into my contact list to add or amend? why does this not automatically appear ? what are you going to do about it and who can help me to get this sorted?
