How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    You have to go to the old version to see your contacts. Not great, Yahoo!

    I agree. Want all my contacts. Easy to send e-mails.

    Where Yahoo deleted my address book I am changing my e-mail.

    No contact list. This new version sucks. I want the old one back or I'm moving to Gmail

    I want to have my contact list available at all times. WHERE IS THERE AN ICON TO FIND IT? If there is not one ,please put one back!!!!!

    definitely a problem. I send to group, but cannot find contacts to add new members.

    People have been bringing up this issue of no contact list/icon/button for over a month that I can see, what's happening Mr Yahoo? Have all your technicians fallen asleep? Do you have technicians that can resolve the issue?
    I too am getting annoyed despite being a patient person, are these comments being monitored?
    Is there a conspiracy within your organisation to drive us off to another provider?
    Have I asked too many questions?

    I need my contact list asap! I don't like the absence of it. I need my contacts NOW! I do not like this flawed feature! Where is the side tab to open the contact list and add to it as needed??? Please answer

    when will the CONTACTS issue be resolved? I need to revise it but am unable to find it. Please advise when this is going to be resolved. Thanks.

    Not only is there no contact list to be found, but emails that are wrong can't be corrected. Where do these comments go, is there anything corrected or you just post a comment and nothing happens.
