How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    Where are the contacts? The auto ones have me as the contact I am trying to add. I am not that person and don't want my own e-mail coming back to me.... Please help. How do I change the bad (my own) e-mail address to the correct one.

    My "Men Only" group has email problems. No matter I change some of their email adds, it always go back to the old one, so I always received "Undelivered" messages.

    Contacts are not coming up automatically as they did with the old version. I hate this new version.Horrible. Why did you mend something that was not broken?

    It's not saving my drafts. It deleted drafts I was working on. Where are my contacts? I am fed up with you and want to use another provider but I will need my contacts to set it up. The new yahoo is not an improvement. Why did you change it?

    you recommend us to change from classic mail and now I cannot find my list of contacts.
    please fix as causing a lot of inconvenience

    Having the same problem with being redirected/new tab opens and takes me back to old Yahoo Mail on Firefox on a Mac when I try to compose an email and hit "Contacts" icon. Can't access contact list in new Yahoo Mail. Also, new Yahoo is much slower

    I have the same problem. I can't find the new version of contacts, every time it redirect to old version of contacts. And I can't export my contacts to Thunderbird properly most of the info. is missing.

    Since there was a change in my email set up, I am in a quandry because I do not have access to my "contact file". Please help me by providing access to "contacts" again.

    Some of my contacts have disappeared & I can't figure out how to get them back.:(

    Yahoo is slower & I don't like this. Why did you have to mess up something that was working just fine!!!!Some pencil pusher is adding their stupid input!

    Even if I switch back to the old version only the contacts added prior to the 'New mail' being introduced will receive my group emails. I depend on this for my market. Please fix ASAP

    WHY WOULD MY LIST OF CONTACTS BE REMOVED FROM MY SCREEN ?
    GET THEM BACK ? !!!

    RETURN TO THE OLD SYSTEM ! ! ! ! !
