Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    When downloading attachments, present a "Save As..." option so that we can choose the download folder. It is inconvenient to have to open the default folder and move it to the desired location. I'm running Chrome on Windows 10 on a desktop. Thanks.

    downloading of any attachment is a very tedious process in yahoo mail. am not succeed even after many attempt.. I am thinking of closing my mail account with yahoo.

    I had files sent to me as SVG files and I was able to open one then it was sent to pictures...and now are all thumbnails and not SVG it is like Yahoo mail converted them

    I cannot download documents and attachments anymore, what is going on I need help now since I have to sign off and return them
