Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    I hope this problem could be fixed permanently because it really disappoints yahoo mail users when sending very important and urgent attachment on message that it needs several minutes to wait then in the end nothing happen.

    Why do downloads over a certain size OR oever a certain number of attachments no longer work? If they can be attached by another, why can't they be aslo be downladed (into a ZIP/aechive file (like they once were before?

    Attachment download doesn't work, Interfaces not user friendly, old interface is far better than new one.

    I can't download documents. I can't attach a 5mb file. I'm shocked how bad the email is now. Seem as though yahoo email is slowly dying.

    I have updated my browser, enabled pop-ups, disabled the **** firewall and restarted my computer - and nothing. Still can't download a single attachment. How the **** am I suppose to download the document to upload it to my school website? Eff this Yahoo.
