    when i get an image it is hard to find out where it gets saved to after i click download, it does not give options

    I did not like the fact it just changed without warning and I do not like the new format so would like you to change it back as do not appear to be able to do it with your instructions

    Horrible new format. ever heard of the phrase 'if it ain't broke don't try and fix it' The new format is very slow and clunky, tick boxes don't work properly and it looks horrible.

    I don't like the new format, it is hard to read. I would like my old format back and I would like for the switch back to be permanent and NOT HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN.

    I could not find the trash folder or the spam folder. What happens when someones email accidentally goes into the spam folder and I cant find it. Dont like the new set up without those functions.

    You deleted all my e mails, when only a few of them were requested to be deleted
