    Your arrogance defies logic. I did not ask for new mail and I seriously doubt others did. You think we are not ready quite yet. We do not want it now or ever. If think a change is needed or warranted we will contact you with a suggestion which you may take or reject. It appears from the comments that we have rejected it.

    Can be significantly improved by deleting new format!!!!

    Bring back old mail. I was forced to change to your new mail because you slowed down the old one to an unusable pace. This new mail doesn't work as well as the old. Things have been rearranged for no apparent reason. Random things get highlighted and sometimes deleted. There is no longer a line separating my reply email from the email I am responding to. New mail is full of changes that are incredibly non-user-friendly

    would be to allow me to switch back to Classic , like it says I can , but doesn't switch , tried it 5 times now , I want classic yahoo , I don't like the new and don't want it !!! please switch mine back asap

    its not right that you force your users to switch. it should always be an option.

    I'm getting so fed up with yahoo. They automatically switched me to this really annoying format and now I try to follow their instructions on switching back but guess what, it doesn't work.

    Return me to my old format immediately. The font is to small and pale in colour i cannot see it.

    I hate whatever you have done to my emails. I tried to look up about a Miss St. player and nothing would come up. I can't read the on line news. What is going on anyway? Tried to email my mother and a blue background was up there and I couldn't get it off and I had to change the type color to white to go over it just so she could read it! I never put that color up there in the first place. If I can't control my device why have the stupid thing. I only have this so I can keep in contact with my 81 year old mother!!!!
