    I tried this new format before and didn't like it. Now you force me to use it anyway. Return the old one.

    I can't open any attachments. Won't download. Takes forever trying to connect and won't. Give me back my old email.

    I don't like this new e-mail. The text on the screen is like it's greyed out. It's hard to read. I want my black text back. Why you try to change what's good is beyond me.
