    I am Kalli Patousa and Butler kalli I do not understand why after being in facebook ,Tweeter Google and Yahoo Instagram e.t for 11 years I amhaving trouble to be aknowledged.

    I just clicked on the URL/link you provide above to switch back to the classic format. After filling out detailed comments as to why, I am still not allowed to do so.
    When you did and still push your so called new version, you lied and made it sound as though, switching back would be a "breeze". In reality though, it is clearly evident that your intent is to prevent us from ever switching back. And all this, simply to keep blasting us with your annoying Ads. Guess what, I know for a fact that many, over 50 + of my friend and I will never buy any of the products you so persistently annoy us with, because you keep annoying us with said Ads. I have objected numerous times to several of your ads, only to see them pop up, again, and again. Is anyone on your end paying attention or you just don't care?
    I kindly request to be allowed back to the classic email format. But that appears to be a Catch 22. This will be the third set of comments I will have filled out, per your pre-conditions, yet, I still cannot go back. what is this, Stalin's version of Yahoo.

    I do not like the so called new and improved email format. For instance, once I have written a message, entered contacts in the To line, I am unable to see a FULL view of my message. that is annoying. Also, I understand your objective as a company is to make money for yourself, employees and investors, but your never ending ads are frustratingly present even after say, I have responded countless times with, I do not care about ads for dating some old ****/nursing home *******,Viagra, or some miracle wrinkle cream or God knows what, but no, you keep combarding me/us with the same pestering ads.

    Feel free to post my message above. Although I doubt you'll address my/our concerns, hey were are free users, I assure you that you are not the only free email providers out there. So, it's your choice, listen, address our concerns and correct accordingly or we'll just move onto the next provider.
