    I just lost an entire long letter by switching tabs. This isn't the first time... I do not understand why you can't have it work like a MSWord- Having an UNDO button might help? I don't know what the answers are but it is frustrating to say the LEAST!
    I do still prefer Yahoo Mail over GMail or Outlook but if I remain frustrated I will start trying other places - I have to! Who has time for this?

    I prefer the old format. i did not choose to go to this new one. Where is my contact list? I depend on that contact information as an address book!!

    my mail box does not open. i prefer the old version.i have not been able to read my mail since this new format started.pl help

    Compared to other search engines, Yahoo is becoming slower and slower. Surprising.
