Why am I not able to log into my 2 accounts without having to create a new password? This has been happening since December 1st, and I've gotten no response from you. My email addresses are morticia021358@yahoo.com, and rvwynn021358@yahoo.com, and the only way I have been able to get into my accounts is by going through the "forgot my password" function. What's going on? I have too much information in the rvwynn account that I need to move to another email server. I need answers as to why this is happening.
