We are sorry to hear you cannot find your folder. If you have scrolled down on the left side of your mailbox and still cannot see all of your folders (under “Views”), please file a restore request via the link below.

Please note, restore requests are time sensitive and while we will do everything we can to restore the emails, the requests cannot always be fulfilled.

    I can't find any of my folders on the new Yahoo Mail! PLEASE HELP!!!

    You are not alone, I have a paid account and still no help. Why do I pay for an account, if I treated like the Freebes?
