Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    i DO NOT CARE FOR NEW e-MAIL SWITCH ME BACK TO THE OLD MAIL & LEAVE THIS AUTO SWITCHING OUT OF THE PICTURE WITHOUT SWITCHING & ASKING ME WHAT i LIKE!

    I was having the same issue in Chrome, so just for the heck of it I tried MS Edge. I was able to switch back to classic mail there.

    I don't like the new yahoo. I want classic back. The browser isn't user friendly and I don't get answers

    Just stop. Phase yourself out of using yahoo for anything, even email. You cannot stop the technological advancements and planned adjustments from this large company. I hardly ever come here to Yahoo anymore over these past couple of years BECAUSE of the format adjustments, Same as I hardly ever use internet explorer and my local cable TV email. I use gmail more and more frequently. Gradual weaning from even bothering to open yahoo for ANYTHING.

    Don'tknow what's going on but I do not have a drop down box saying anything about classic mail. I haven't had an email since Dec 21st-something is wrong.

    No options were available. Your instructions were useless! I want my old email back. I don't like the pop=ups and my theme keeps changing!

    want my old email back can not get back to it your format tell you to click on sitting and it should click on change to old sitting is not their.

    I wholeheartedly agree...the instructions to switch back to the previous email system is non-existent. The instructions provided are bogus! This new Yahoo Pro totally sucks!!! PLEASE perform a complete upgrade on your email system; and in the meantime, allow the users the ability to revert back to the old email format.

    I agree. The New Mail is the worst ever. Fire the people who put this in.
