Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    I have finally just managed to switch back, having followed a cue from the top right side of the new page. Cant be more specific as cant now see the page, and never want to see it again.
    It can be done!

    Is there anybody out there who likes the new format other than its developer?

    We are your customers, because your advertisers, and therefore also you, need us to enable you to justify the fees charged for the adverts you expose us to, every time we look at the screen.

    So why alienate us in droves???

    Thanks to your changing my mail account, my tool bar does not work! You can't get any help from these clowns anywhere! Why can't you leave well enough alone?

    I have had Yahoo mail since 2000. I did not sign up nor click anything to change from my classic yahoo mail. Please allow me to go back to classic yahoo mail.

    This stinks. I keep getting a notice to add Yahoo Mail to my whitelist for ABP. I have done that numerous times and I still get the same message every time I come in to Yahoo Mail. Also the instructions to switch back to old mail does not work. I don't even have anywhere to click to switch back to the old email. ***** this mess.

    Followed instructions to switch back to classic mail. It switches me back to something that looks totally different than the old classic mail!
    . The is no settings icon. Can't change font color, when searching the search result list does not indicate if there is an attachment. Please give old Classic mail back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Leave things as they were. Doesn't anybody have anything else to do? I bet no one is able Change me back to the original mail. My kid could do better than this ****!.
