Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    I do not like the new format and the instructions to go back to the old format does not work!! If I want anything new I will let you know. Don't change mine.

    What's the use of THIS thread !!? I too want classic email back. But all the complaints already making up this conversation apparently aren't budging you guys into fixing the box so that our click actually works ! You offer the 'return to classic email' but it does not work !!! What is so complicated about this ?? If you are preventing actually making the change back, then why do you put it on the screen in the first place..!!! ..HELLO ! Please fix the click button so that we actually CAN go back to classic email..This is a perfect example of " It worked so they had to fix it ".......M

    I did not accept or change to your NEW version. The New mail version SUCKS. Furthermore, as others have stated, you instructions for switching back to the CLASSIC "DO NOT WORK. If, I have to change and use this NEW **** I might as well switch to another provider.

    I just want my old format back. I have told you many times in the past no and I meant no, I do not want to new version. I had looked at it before and did not like it. Do not change things that people do not want.

    Come on. There are 246 comments. Help us switch back or I will change to google. The box does not contain the option in the box.

    I don't want the new Yahoo mail. It locks up.

    Clicking on the options icon does not have a choice for switching back to classic mail as you said it would. Now what???????
