    My account is frozen. I can't do anything other than see a few of my new incoming e-mails. I cannot perform any any functions including composing, deleting, sorting, nothing at all. What's going on?

    Hate it... Lost my main email account because of the stupid dual validation that only works with the app for smart phones. What if I have a new phone and the app is not there yet? i cannot recover my emai, correct?. I cannot get my email back.... Used yahoo for 20 years.... maybe it is time for something else... Such a drag as I cannot even tell all the places that have this email as my main contact. Sorry Yahoo...
    Too bad.... I guess I'll get back to killing trees and go back to regular mail. Emailed Yahoo... got an automatic response back... there is no phone # for yahoo... are there any living people, with a heart and soul, working there? Or just machines?
