How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    It is difficult to search and manage the contacts with this new format, and there is no information on how to do this. I think all new applications should be more user friendly, faster, or have advantages over the older one, and this is NOT the case. Sorry but I would go back to the old version!

    Where is the contacts button? How can I select all contacts, when that option isn't available?
    Your advice is useless.

    where the **** are my contacts -- i click on "contacts" and my inbox shows up and you can't click on anything. i close out and go back in and click on the contacts icon and i get inbox emails

    why can't I update my current contacts and my changes stay! I have tried updating multiple times only for everything to go back to the way they were. I would really like to get my contact list cleaned up.

    find my contact list to add or remove contacts

    It's like my contacts are in a different website. I add contacts and then can't find them. Have to go looking when the contact doesn't show .

    It appears from looking at all the complaints that contacts is a big concern, please fix it
