How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    OK, so there's no new screen for Contacts in the new Mail - but why rub salt in the wound when it takes me to the old view with a pop-up telling me to upgrade to new system when I would use the new system if it had Contacts?

    Me too!! Where have my contacts gone??? I DO NOT want to learn a NEW e-mail program. I just hoped to return to move my contact list to GMAIL, since I had been locked out of my account for a VERY long time (years!)

    Just spammed some valuable inbox trying to locate my spam file

    I too have slow loads, if at all. Will not auto-fill my contacts of the past, when I try to do new e-mail..very poor performance.

    With the new format I can't find the contact list unless it takes me back to the old one. Don't understand.

    where are the contacts? And a simple intuitive means to add to them. This new email format stinks really bad!
