How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    Why do we have to toggle back and forth from New to Old format to find contacts or make some changes. It is off putting to say the least.

    Where has my contact list
    gone?
    I want to edit a contact but cannot find the usual list and the help icon is nowhere to be seen.

    Make contacts accessible from the main user interface.

    How did anyone think it was OK to stop that showing contacts? isn't that email 101?

    who tested this? did you have ACTUAL everyday email uses test it? Not happy with this 'change'

    Previously, in old mail version, if I sent an email to a new contact, it automatically added the address to my contacts. Now it doesn't. In addition to sending me to old version of Contacts.

    can not find contact list! Where is it and why make it so difficult to find since before was visible. Yuck to new format.
