How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    How the **** do you change email password? WTF! All the instructions do is send me around to having to get another key code. Total ****, The new format does not allow me to access security settings. If this is your idea of improvement then Yahoo is no better than a government site. Off to another company.

    Please can you update the contacts. I get taken back to the old version - where it then encourages me to sign up to the new one!! - and is frequently telling me that it can't update. This needs fixing fast

    I am also a 15 + year Yahoo subscriber and no longer can find contacts
    to add and edit.

    Nothing works. Only few emails are being displayed. Cannot find nothing...I don't like it Please give me back the old version !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I, too, am unable to find my contacts list. I need to add new contacts, and simply cannot.

    I've been on this Yahoo Mail ship for around 20 years but I'm joining the rats jumping off this burning wreck. What a disaster. Too bad I can't take my contacts with me, I can't find them!!!
